The latest Android Kitkat (version 4.4.x) has created hype in the smartphone users. Since its memory requirement is low(about 512 MB RAM) most of us are expecting it to run on our devices.Every smartphone user with lower Android versions want to download the latest apps of Kitkat. Even many custom ROMs based on Kitkat are also released for various devices.
Google released Nexus 5 factory system image dumps and binaries, thereby enabling every user to check out the awesome new apps. Most of the apps came with minor updates, but some of them are worth looking like Google Search, Google Home (home launcher), Keyboard and Clock.
Installation of the apps can be done in normal way as the other apps but make sure you have checked "Unknown sources" in Security Settings. Only the installation of home launcher is somewhat tricky, as it requires installation of three apps - Google Home, Google Play Services 4.0 and Google Search.
As the launcher requires Google Search(Google Now), the launcher is exclusive to only devices running Android 4.2 and above.
