The RSS is the most common way to follow the news and current publications of those sites that interest us. thing that always monopolized the newspaper and the news has now diversified thanks to the media that internet provides. Another popular means of getting information are podcast. For those of you not sound, a podcast is like a series of episodes, but audio only. Podcast can be live and sometimes finished, and the 'program' can be of anything, obviously. To manage these podcast there are applications that do what Google Reader does with written publications. Their main advantage is that it has a good notification system for new episodes , and we can schedule this check or do it manually.
You can download the podcast or streaming playback, as on Beyond Pod. Overall a very good buy , though it has little glitches.
