Android, unlike iOS, which has a closed file system, has an open file system so you just plug it in mass storage mode and
can access data that is in the internal memory of the device. This is done by
file managers, applications that allow us to explore the folders on the memory
of the device this data may be on the device storage or sdcard, you can access
this without a computer. In Play Store there are many file managers, such as
Astro or ES File Explorer, but digging deep I found the MI Explorer, a browser
which in my opinion is simply the best.
MI Explorer Simple and Best
The highlight is that the explorer can be locked with a
security code this option is available
in the explorer itself which is really
handy and you don’t need any other app locker to lock the folders of the
device, this feature make MI explorer best and different from others. This
feature is super useful for piracy issues or to change the location of files. Something that I just love.
Likewise for a root
device users, we can perform operations as root, so that we can move files in the
system partition, delete or even add new ones.
Let’s talk a bit about the UI which is really simple swiping
down gives you the information about the current folder, such as how much space
is consumed what type of files are there like music, video, apk,
rar etc. Look and feel of the grid can
be changed all the root options are there, by simply putting this is the most
versatile launcher for android.
Other noteworthy option is the possibility of opening RAR,
ZIP, and TAR.BZ2 TAR.GZ files formats that until now, it was necessary to use a
different application to open, which is integrated here.
And as less notable features include support FTP, holo
topics multilanguage .. etc .
I truly believe that we are dealing with the best file
browser for android , and best of all it's free so if you want to change, Head
over to download link to download it.
