Install apps remotely on your smartphone

Here are some tips on how to install apps remotely on smartphones.

For iOS platform

If you're an iOS user then you can effortlessly install apps remotely by following these simple steps

• Make sure your device is connected to WiFi or mobile network
• Go to Settings->iTunes & App Store and enable Automatic Downloads
• After you've enabled automatic downloads, launch iTunes desktop application
• Go to iTunes Store, log in with Apple ID and choose the app you want to install
• Click on install and it immediately starts downloading the app on your iPad or iPhone

For Windows platform

Similar to iOS platform it's possible even in Windows platform to install apps remotely.Here's the procedure

• Make sure your device is connected to WiFi or mobile network
• Go to Settings->Find My Phone
• Check the option send app to my phone with push notifications
• Navigate to Windows Phone Store and login with registered account
• Choose the app to be installed and press Install button
• Windows Phone Store locates your device and automatically installs the app on it

For Android platform

There is no need to enable/disable any setting as in case of Windows and iOS.The procedure is quite simple and intuitive.

• Go to Google Play Store site on your desktop
• Login with Google account which is registered with phone
• Choose the app to be installed and press Install
• Select the device in which you want the app to be installed
• Then it prompts a list of Permissions for the apps
• Accept them carefully and the app installs on your device
